i only lose few pound... but still feel stable weight since few days.. hopefully my health and tooth aches will go away soon.. so i can be actives.. i hate those issues that cause make me stay at home for while...

so i want my mind off from tooth aches.. so i go out night fishing catch catfish.. and i did catch two.. one tiny stuiped catfish stolen huge shrimp and got hook in stomuch.. and one nice fat catfish i catch! so i bring them for make nice lunch meals! .. a healthly catfish fillets! =D

so i will do that good diets, since almost two week no junks, no pops, no surgay foods! yay!

also peanut butter fat bomb help me to contral my craving candies.. it help me so much! =)
228.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
