I have been so strict with myself this week. Having 1000 calorie days (or less). Even turned down cake and treats at my bosses 60th birthday yesterday and just had my low fat beef lasagne from woolworths for lunch. Funny enough I dont feel starved at all... It all paid off. weighed myself this morning and Im down another kilo **Killing It*** Hope everyone has a guilt free weekend :)
149.9 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
