Thanks! I started taking isopure carb free protein powder...over the summer my legs lost half their muscles from back surgery...I stalled with losing pounds for a bit...but inches have been coming off my waist, and my calves are just about back to normal, and now the weight-loss has resumed...sooo excited!!
