Yesterday I was not really able to eat all of my meals because I went out with my parents and we ended up having lunch at 7 pm. lol
That means that I pilled up a lot of food in only one meal, but I still picked the healthy choices (japanese food and frozen yogurt).
Later at night, I felt like letting myself drink a bit of vodka, since I've been following my diet so well.
So far, so good! Let's stick to it!
235.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
