Feeling good - day 2 and already done my workout today! Had to go to dinner with my boss - buffet - ugh! But at the end of the day I tasted everything he pointed out but I stayed in good shape! Inputting all my food.
178.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 178.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
