That was my weight on Tuesday morning. I am now not at home but in PA with all my family. This is wonderful. But it is not easy to eat correctly here. I had a bagle for breakfast, a protein shake for lunch and have no idea what I will have for dinner. I need to eat approximately 1000 calories. God grant me: wisdom, courage and serenity as I move forward this week.
201.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 88.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
