I am hoping to make my first goal to lose 5% of my beginning weight. I am a few pounds from that goal.

I made an error on my last weigh in. We got a new scale and I just took the first weight given. So the 249 I got the very first time was right and the 233 pound weight was not. This weight of 241.4 is correct. I got it every time I stood on the scale.

lost so far: 7.6 lb

still to go: 125.4 lb

Diet followed reasonably well

I am glad that my daughter and I are doing this together. She is 6 inches taller than me and weighs more so she gets more points. Even so we manage to cook the same meals and just watch the portions. I eat two or three servings of vegitables where she may take a double portion of the main serving. This is working so far. I do not know yet if I have lost weight this week but I feel comfortable with what I have done and so I am hopefull.
