Jillian Michaels - 30 day shed - did 20 minutes at lunch yesterday, and PULLED A MUSCLE behind my shoulder blade - and I know the exact circuit move I was doing, cause I can conveniently locate the muscle when demonstrating said move. Aleve is now my friend - took one last night before bed.

However, I also did not remember that Tuesday is "walk" night - so we treked to Fred's last night to get dog food (small bag) and back. So we were out for a little over an hour walking.

Then it hit me last night - I want sugar cookies. And not just one or two would do....no way, NINE cookies fit the bill! And had one this morning. Sigh.

218 did not come as a total surprise this morning. Cookies have taken up temporary real estate.
