Yesterday, I went for a meal twice as I saw a friend of mine at lunch time, carried on drinking, then curry at night. No wonder why the weight has gone up. I will try hard today so that the weight will not go up more!
149.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
