*sigh* So I joined THE BIGGEST LOSER at work, and yesterday we all weighed in. I came in at 234 lbs., no shoes, no lanyard with the 1 lb. set of keys LOL And I thought, "Wow, I really need to lose weight."

My partner is Naima, and we're the Lose-some twosome haha. I think we're working on diet this week, which means we're going to be very hungry. I know I am.

Lim and Lozano wanted to eat somewhere for lunch today, and I said no because I'm afraid of what I'd order at this point. I'm not quite strong yet. If I went somewhere to eat right now, I'd eat the menu and probably get dessert, too.

I'm going to go home to eat my spinach salad. I'd rather be having a venti chai tea with my white rice and salty adobo *evil laugh* I must resist. I must be good.

Must ... be ... good ...
234.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 94.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You shouldn't be hungry, really! I am eating 4-6 meals a day and am not hungry. This site said I should eat 2200 calories a day, which I think is too much so I lowered it to 1700 and honestly I'm not hungry with everything I'm eating. It sounds so simple, eat 4-6 small meals/snacks a day but if you do that it works! Good luck to you both, love the name you gave yourselves :)
