Drinking alot of water and your not use to drinking can make you sick. The water is attacking your toxins and can make you feel funny and a little sick from it but it will ease up afterward.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
