Camping/Kayaking over the Sat. Sun. And Mon. So weigh in is one day late. My son gave me a bike so I hope to hit the trails often:) Maybe next week I will see another drop. It was hard to stay on track camping but did make consious food choices.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
