Suetcher's Journal, 10 November 2011

This past week has been one of many bad choices. I chose to go out to breakfast and have an egg omlet with vegies and cheese. I also chose not to eat the toast. Then I did not eat a lunch and instead I went out to dinner and had two slices of pizza and two pieces of pizza dessert. Next I have forgotten to take my lunch to school. I realize now that those lunches may have been too low in protein. Theproof of my bad choices came with the weigh in. I gained two pounds. That means that my loss of 6 pounds was down to 4 pounds. Not too pleasing. I stuggled with discouragement all day, but I took myself to the gym and got over it.

Wednesday, I listened to my trainer and decided to committ to his plan for my health. I bought the protein powder he recommends and have decided to bump up my protein with it. I will also plan my lunches better. I will use the protein powder for a meal exchange off an on.

I have made three days of exercise at the gym. Two days of weights and one day of cardio so far. I am a bit sore in the shoulders and on the tops of my legs. I am hoping to see a difference in the scale next week, but I also realize that the biggest differences I want to see are in my clothes and attitude.
