Tired. Dealing with Family issues over the last 5 days and it's taking it's toll:/ Lots of hours driving. I feel great about the weight loss over the last week and that I refrained from celebrating with a chocolate bar:) lol.
175.8 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
