Four days of fun and frivolity for Fat Girl = 3 lb gain

I have just returned from a 4 day summer camp for grown ups wrapped around a leadership workshop. Fun, food, personal growth, food, new friends, food, old friends, food, work out, food, work in, food.... You get the picture.

Skinny girl is back in the lead today. I'm feeling sluggish after all the work and eating this past weekend, but I will push past it. I took my vitamin B's and now I might just have an extra cup of coffee.

157.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
