Started diet on Monday the 28th. With the amount I am eating I am doing ok. I also started a little bit of exercise. If I could cut down on the wine it would really go fast.
202.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
