JulofDenial's Journal, 02 November 2011

I feel like I took two steps forward and 10 backward. Six pounds to go still, and it's been three or more weeks. Well, those 10 backward steps had been pretty back-back. Much backness took place, indeed. Yes, baby got back and now she must catch up. The bright side?? At least I'm not 100+ pounds.

You're absolutely right! Just keep moving...forward, right?? lol With the cold months here to stay for a spell, I pulled out my dusty Leslie Sansone 3-mile walk video and I'm so grateful that I did. The workouts, especially when you do them with 2-lb.+ weights in your hands, are a better workout than walking alone. And there's minimal strain on the joints. I don't know what your workout routine is, but if you're looking for low-impact, but effective options that you can do right at home, there's one! My sister told me about the Leslie Sansone videos back in 2003 and I've been a true believer since.
