My Father in law passed away last Monday, so I haven't kept up with my "diet" calendar of course, and not really even watching what we ate, as you know when a death occurs you eat what folks bring in. but overall for the week, not a bad avg. with only 2 days to report, I'm at 127#. hope all have a good weekend.
127.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
