I am kinda doing my own thing. Drinking lots of lemon water. Oatmeal or yogurt for breakfast, progresso zero points soup for lunch, salads, beans, rice for dinner. We'll see how it goes
146.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I have come to do the same sort of thing out of convenience and staying low calorie. It look like you are doing ver well, congrats!

Looks like things are going good for you! I tend to eat my own thing too, now I just need to be consistent with the gym! Keep it up!

Is the FAT SMASH diet a made up diet of your own...you sound like me...you like to eat...you like to party... and then you wonder why &*%&*&* doesn't fit- or it fits, but fits like %^*^$*$^^...I have starved myself in the past by drinking liquids (non--alcoholic) all day long and am finding lately I need to eat to FUEL my body to lose weight. I am on Weight Watchers right now, but am thinking the CARBS are making it so I still feel like a bloated whale....
