I am 42 years old. I have been married for 20 years. I have three kids 20,19 and 10...I binge eat alot of days of the week. When I excercise I can loose inches quickly, but rarely put the effort in. When I gain weight it is in my BOOBS and my gut. Right now I weigh more than when I had my 20 and 19 year old kids. I still fit in a size 10 - because I wear those maternity looking tops that are in style now, but trust me I look 6 months pregnant! I tried on a 12 and they fit amazing, but I WILL NOT GO THERE! I went on Weight Watchers in April and lost 10 pounds and felt great, but after feeling awesome I have something in my brain that says I don't deserve to look that good. I need to find balance! We are moving to Los Angeles at the end of the year and want a fresh start! THIS SIGHT IS AWESOME!

I am SUPER-DUPER sorry...Iwill be more on the ball starting now...I could make a million excuses, but THE NEW me is going to take full weight is 162....only one pound, but it is better than gaining one pound! I just figured out how to get into the "other" account and was wanting to make sure everyone knows where to go. Also, I volunteered to be our TEAM CAPTAIN and want to make sure I am NOT stepping on anyones toes...I quit my job 4 months ago and am moving in a couple months and this could be a GREAT distraction for me....and motivating at the same time. Lets kick some blue^%#&%!!!!!Bad Grin

I have been on Weight Watchers and Alli for the past 10 days. You are allowed 15 grams of fat per meal, otherwise....LOOK OUT! Because of the side-effects I have kept ALL meals below 10 grams of ALLi has done nothing for me because I don't want to chance ANYTHING happening. I am stopping Alli today because I haven't had enough fat to squeeze anything extra out of when I think about it....I get kind of creeped out..... Very Happy

I now understand THE BIGGEST LOSER not losing....
The past couple of years I have been watching my favorite show THE BIGGEST LOSER and this year especially I was wondering why those pounds just aren't falling off the teams like they did in the past...This year seems especially SLOW...a pound here, 2-3 pounds of course, now that I am in my second week of being my own BIGGEST LOSER I am finding that I also am having a harder time losing the weight as quickly as before. Question
