Was doing very well til today :-( Will make up for it tomorrow. :-)
196.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I DO need spanking, come and get me!! I'm not TOO worried, just feel bad the cats had nothing to laugh at this morning, lol. :-)
