nice drop! Thanks for the tip, I had smoked herring for the first time today and after my first bite I was in love with them! I slowly ate them and enjoyed every forkfull! I didn't want them to be gone! So, good tip!

That has been the biggest secret to the naturally slim diet I am doing through work. Slow down and enjoy what you are eating. That and only eat one thing at a time so the flavors dont cancel out.
