Finally hit and went over the halfway mark today! Feels good to have lost 36 pounds in just under 3 months. If only the last half would go as quickly, I would be thrilled!!!!
234.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1540 kcal Fat: 46.35g | Prot: 82.52g | Carb: 200.84g.   Breakfast: Oikos Fruit on the Bottom Nonfat Greek Yogurt - Black Cherry, Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Black Forest Ham, Egg Beaters - Original, Original Fat Free Powder Coffee Creamer. Lunch: Grapes, 6" BLT. Dinner: Bananas, PK's Crock Pot Chicken and Dressing. Snacks/Other: 100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (5.5 oz). more...
