Well, this weigh-in is a little disappointing, but I'm pretty sure somebody tinkered with the scale I've been using. Previously it didn't zero out correctly, and now it does. I'm hoping that's all it is. I'm gonna start using multiple scales to make sure I get an accurate weight.
