Well I wish it had been a large drop, but I am happy the scale is moving. I am too, my son and I went on another hour long walk yesterday and again it hurts everywhere! Even my fingers are sore! He works as an athletic trainer in his high school so he said he would give me some stretches to do to help with the soreness... LOSING weight is so very hard.. it is difficult to stay motivated to lose when you are sore everywhere and hungry all the time. I know the hunger will taper off as my stomach shrinks but the process is no fun! Happy Sunday everyone!

You are not alone!!! And your doing Great!! It's awesome that you have a strong source of support at home, and stretching will help with the soreness. Lots of water and protein always seem to help me too. :)
