Not sure what happened yesterday. I may have pu too much pressure on myself to do great... Im not sure. All I know is that once I got hoem all of the good eating was out the window!!! depressed, wondering if I can ever do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
289.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 90.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You absolutely can do this. Sometimes we fear success and who may be and then we self sabotage, but giver yourself the chance the life you deserve to have!

You can do this cause at least recognize when you had a bad day of eating. But remember it was only one day and you'll eventually have way more good days than bad ones.
