Disappointing weigh in today. Matt might be right, maybe I do need to be getting closer to my RDI, he thinks I'm not eating enought and my body is holding on to the fat for dear life....
232.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 84.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I splurged yesterday and bought Pumpkin Butter at William Sonoma (30 cal. Tablespoon) This moring I had 2 High Fiber eggos (140 cal.) and then mixed Peanut Wonder and Pumpkin Butter as the topping! OMG was it great.
