Not a drastic gain after 3.5 months since my last weigh in. I'm not worried though. I've been doing my workouts and watching what I eat. My body is changing too. I'm wondering maybe the gain could be muscles?? My clothes are also fitting looser. I'm doing my best here so I'm not worried at all.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Same thing happened to me. Clothes got looser but no change on the scale. I just kept on keeping on and finally I saw another drop. You ARE getting healthier, great job!

Yeah, my scale says I haven't lost any weight but I'm two dress sizes down so Pfff! on scales!
