Woohoo! Down 5 pounds in week one. It was a struggle, but the points are already showing me where I need to improve my eating habits.
I was sooo nervous to get on that scale for the first time since the initial weigh-in because I knew there was no hiding whatever it was going to show. Is that the way it is every week for those of you who go to meetings? Hopefully this week I'll get a nice scale for home so the meeting weigh-ins won't be such a surprise..
