Oh so slow...........That is, I have stayed the same weight this week. I really don't set goals, I just follow the program phase I and will try to fine tune it this week so that I lose weight. Also I have found that my weight seems to drop every 10 days or so, not sooner-I hope that's the case this time but will definitely fine tune....
160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The only way to speed up the process is to eat less and move more. I'm sure that when you feel up to it, you will do just that. So far you seem to be doing just fine though. Good luck susieq!

Keep up the good job there susie-q, its a tough thing, u no!!! IT JUST DEPENDS how MUCH we wanna take it off=how hard we seem to make this, and i am guilty of thinking this is so hard!! ITS not, its a mind set for me, and now i am gonna do this, i have set my mind to IT, so Now , therefore, don't seem so bad! You no what i mean?????
