It is Monday and I weighed in (not officially) at 3 pounds over. I have to get back on the wagon; no nuts, cool whip; once I introduced these into my diet I overdid it with them.

Back to square 1 for no matter how long it takes. This is the time on a diet that I just give in and give up and forget the whole program I want to follow.

I'm determined not to quit but to start over, and be as strict as I was when I lost some weight only a few weeks ago. I think this site will help me center myself so that I can finally succeed at weight loss although now it seems like after 5 or so weeks, I am only down 2 pounds!!!!! I have to acknowledge that I am not paying attention to calories, a subject I thought I could throw out the window on SBD, but I can't-I suppose no matter what diet I go on in the end it is also about calories (for me anyhow)....

Chin up!! Be careful not to beat yourself up.. instead look toward whats coming next. :) What are you going to have available for a snack or your next meal plan for the day? Looking forward to how you can make your next meal a great one of success and planning to be your best and feel satisfied is much easier than dwelling on the choices you made yesterday. :) Each bite is a new opportunity for a new, healthier you! :) You can do it!!

Great outlook you have, and you are right you can do it, look at my weight scale, looks like what you are talking about, and i am the only one who can change it, and the only ONE, by, now, i know what i can eat and what i can't, so, yep its UP TO ME!!!! We will do it, we will!!!!!! Brenda

I totally know how you feel about coolwhip. I once bought some and 16 hours later it was GONE. i know, thats alot of cool whip :). I actually restarted the diet this week too; im back on phase 1. I don't count calories but I do "portion control", i don't know if that would help you. Good luck!
