1/2 a pound in 12 days - but I'll take it...whew - was worried...
184.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet The South Beach Diet   losing 0.3 lb a week

half a pound is still a loss....are the clothes fittin looser...sometimes its just a matter of lookin back at what your eating or not eating...and doing a tweak....have a GREATTTTTTT DAY...
