Don't really care what I eat today. Divorce makes you hurt to much to care.
119.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's never a simple, easy or clean process. Messy, ugly, lonely and downright awful! But there are so many people who have gone down this road before, who have weathered the darkness and come through shining. The pain will give way eventually to quiet, then learning, then growth, then joy. Hang in there. I know it's tough. But it will get better. I promise!

get your hubby back by weight loss revenge.. show him how better you are off without him cause he out of your life . More weight lost the more confident. Work out the anger

That seems like a perfectly reasonable way to feel. You aren't obese, so you don't have to worry about losing weight at this point. Sometimes, all you can do is live through the day. That's hard enough right now. I'm so sorry your marriage was not what you had expected and that you are hurting so much now. {{{hugs}}}

Been there done that. I do know how you feel I went the other way and didn't eat. Got so skinny I was sick a lot. It does get better hang in there.
