Tired, but doing well. I went to the gym yesterday for a ‘makeup’ workout and then worked on some household chores. Ended up having a late dinner (my wife and I went to visit a friend at the hospital before dinner and ended up staying longer than we planned). Today we need to clean the house a bit and then I will be off to go sailing with a friend on Lake Washington.

253.8 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 78.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
