Been drinking too much. Valentines day weekend was tough to log foods because I ate at weird places. I am sure sore from top golf and bowling all day 8 hours. So that was my workout for the weekend other than that have been working out everyday.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
