Activity log...does anyone else ever log everything? I always put 30 mins light workout when I work out, there for there is a star on that day so I will know I did my normal workout ( which I dont include cardio in that because my cardio varies ) those 30 mins are basically 30 mins of squats (other butt stuff ), light weights, abs moves anything to keeps me sore the next day. I always just put 30 mins unless I do a 1hr workout or go to the gym. I never add walks, cleaning, desk work or any of that. I just use the * as a visual tool that I did my normal workout that day.
