I don't think I'm doing anything different, just exercising and practicing healthy eating but I'll take it. My hubby and family won't like me dipping into the 140's but hey I'm not telling them if it happens!!
151.4 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
