Not as bad as i thought...only gained back 5 or 6 pounds. Given that i was 13 hours ahead of my normal life schedule in a foreign land and away from my daily fasting schedule i'd say it's okay; i'm getting right back into the swing of things :)
161.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
