I stuck to my diet faithfully yesterday, and also exercised with cardio and weights, but I'm up 2 lbs. Nice. Oh, well, it's a marathon, not a sprint. THIS is why people say diets don't work for them, and they quit. Well, I'm not quitting. (Still, I'm disgusted.)

136.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Exercise (especially weights) can cause water retention in the muscles. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. It's temporary and will go away. Consistency is key.
