Time to re-commit to the weight loss plan. I kind of took the summer off and it is really hard to get back on track. I am exercising a lot but having trouble going back to healthier eating habits. I need to get back to entering my food in FatSecret to help prevent me from putting those incidental snacks in my mouth! It is really hard to figure out the calorie information on a handful of peanuts and candy corn mix! It is just easier not to eat it in the first place.
149.2 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
