This week is my big week to get back to 5 days of exercise. Haven't done that since May. Am also trying to do a little better with eating so I can finally drop that last 10 pounds.

I need to get back into 5 days of excersizing as well. I think I was coming up with excuses because it was so nice outside and going to the gym didn't seem as great as playing outside! Let's help eachother stay motivated! I am getting back into a better eating routine starting today!
