6 more pounds's Journal, 04 February 2016

I did well yesterday, but didn't get as much as exercise as I'd like. Hubby had to drive me to work because of a snowstorm, so I couldn't go to my gym over lunch. Oh well, I walked at work and did some lifting in the little gym here.

At night, I sat. My pants are fitting a bit better than 1-1/2 weeks ago. (I gain and lose all my weight on my thighs--nowhere else.) So I am pleased with that. If I can lose about 8 more lbs., I'll be at my goal weight, where I haven't been for, oh, I guess about 18 years. I hope I can stick with it. Feels like a "one day at a time" thing. It is hard work losing just a pound or two!
133.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
