I tried a diffrent kind of protein shake today with hopes that it didnt take like crud....went from soy to whey and in my opinion the whey taste worse than the soy and i didnt think that was possible. I am so very glad to see the scale go down finally!! I have added a mulitvitamin and calcium suppliment and am considering a green tea supplement cause I dislike the taste of actually drinking green tea. Also I am trying to drink a weight loss shake (walmart brand) and eat somethng small with it.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
