Slim Fast vs Protein Shakes
Ok yall....I need some input if I can get it. I started thinking as I am not a really big breakfast person (I drive a school bus so food is not high on my to do list at 5:10 am) so I started thinking bout like the slim fast shakes and then yet another person suggested protein shakes. Can anyone tell me if they have tried either of these and with any good results?

last straw?
My last straw...im not sure that I can narrow it down to just one, so how bout a small handful? First and foremost I found a man that was good to me and saw me for me, and then he decided he wanted to keep me forever....we are due to get married Nov. 9, 2012 and I so dont want to be a fat bride. Most of my other reasons go hand in hand. I was a single mom for a long time and would never take time for me, more or less spend money on myself unless it HAD to be done. Im 33 now and have decided that its time to do something for me, and getting healthy and everything that goes with that. I have not told anyone except the people on this website and the people at the gym what I am doing cause I dont think I could handle if someone made some kinda remark. SOrry I babbled so much yall!
