I still can't explain the weight loss. I've had terrible back problems and have not done anything active. I haven't been eating much, but still that doesn't seem that it would account for it. I weighed 214 at the doctor's office yesterday fully clothed accessorized.
211.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
