Weighed in with a 3 lb. loss this morning which is odd since I've been eating so poorly. My blood pressure was also down but that can be attributed to my back not being in as much pain.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
