Wow, I was expecting to gain. We have our kids visiting this week and we did a whole lot of eating and drinking. I guess I'm learning what kinds of food to eat and really watching what booze I drink. We'll see what happen next Monday once they've gone home.
164.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
