Yesterday ended well but I had to eat late because I was dine from church at about 8:30, got home just before 9pm, went for a walk and then ate at about 9:30. Good clean food though and not as much as the previous day when I got really full. Today is still a fast day and I plan to hold out until 6pm by God's grace. I have grilled some pork at home this morning so I will have a meal waiting. This should help improve my timing. I had holy communion yesterday - a wafer and some blackcurrant juice. I cannot stop this as it is central to my faith. So, that is my journal entry for the morning.
