I can't say I'm surprised by the gain. I wasn't a good eater this weekend. I'm not going to let this get me down though. I need to keep up the walking and careful eating and it will all work out. Stay strong everyone.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
