Missychick21's Journal, 02 October 2011

I had started to gain ounces as I got better and my PMS issues resolved (for now) then I cheated on Friday and expected to gain more from that but in the end I had lost back down to where I was for my last weigh-in. I am really glad that my body was ok with strawberries and bananas and whatever else was in that smoothie that cost me 60 carbs. I am grateful for having the same weight as I did 4 days ago vs. it being up at all :) Who knows, if it keeps doing this I'll be down a wee bit more tomorrow which I believe I have challenges due tomorrow too so I will record it. I plan to switch to OWL tomorrow and we will see how that goes :)

I hope everyone had a great weekend :D

Missy - don't be nervous about OWL. Just start off with the same confidence you had at the beginning of induction. Some day your skinny self will be snacking on apples and peanut butter.

Honey I had NO confidence when I started Induction lol it took me weeks to really get started after MANY MANY questions and LOTS of reading. When I do something it has to be done right. I think I am a perfectionist, which is why it worries me so much that I will screw it up somehow...

Just as long as you record everything you will be fine! If you think you are "screwing up" you can always go back and see exactly what it is you have done. But please do be patient - it may take your body a week or two to up your metabolism.

I have done really good about recording what I can or at least trying when it's stuff that hasn't been measured... Just another step towards a healthier future :)
